A system, method and computer program product for adapting an organisation to future workforce requirements comprising: defining work clusters associated with the organisation 202; analysing trends related to each of the work clusters 204; determining future resources requirements for each of the work clusters based on the analysed trends utilising a multi-dimension logic 206; evaluating current state for each of the work clusters utilising the multi-dimension logic 208; determining gaps between the future resource requirements and the current state for each of the work clusters based on pre-defined rules 210; and generating a transformation plan based on the determined gaps, wherein the transformation plan comprises action points for each of the work clusters 212. The dimensions for the multi-dimension logic may correspond to one of work digitisation and industrial automation, work retention and engagement, work style, work time, place and frame, work culture, workforce personality, workforce qualification and workforce diversity. The action points may comprise alternative action scenarios and measures relating to future workspace planning, work times and/or required skills. The method allows for a better transformation plan for a business enabling said business to better realise their mission, vision, and goals.
