The chromatographic system comprises a chromatograph apparatus and a chromatographic controller.In the chromatographic apparatus, the mobile phase is supplied to one of a plurality of columns by the mobile phase supply section, and the sample is supplied to the column by the sample supply section.The sample passed through the column is detected by the detector.In the chromatographic control apparatus, the flow rate of the mobile phase in the analysis using the column is registered by the flow rate registering section in correspondence with the column specifying information for identifying each column.Columns are selected for analysis.The flow rate of the mobile phase registered corresponding to the selected column is obtained from the registered contents of the flow rate registration section.The chromatographic apparatus is controlled by the analysis control unit such that the analysis phase is supplied while the mobile phase is supplied to the selected column by using the selected column and the flow rate of the mobile phase obtained by the flow rate acquisition part.
