PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a mobile scaffolding system which can be assembled and expanded, including a connecting passage, with handrails and work floors always equipped; and an installing method of a mobile scaffolding system.;SOLUTION: In a moving scaffold which is suspended from a rail fixedly supported on the lower surface of a bridge and is configured to be laterally movable on the rail, a work floor and a moving scaffold handrail for fall prevention attached around the work floor are provided.
