The present application relates to the technical field of 3D printing, and relates to a photocuring 3D printing material box and a preparation method therefor, a photocuring 3D printing device, and a photocuring 3D printing method. The photocuring 3D printing material box comprises a box body, a non-porous fluorine-containing polymer film, and a fluorine-containing oil film. The non-porous fluorine-containing polymer film is arranged on the inner surface of at least part of a light-transmitting bottom plate. The fluorine-containing oil film is adsorbed on the surface of the non-porous fluorine-containing polymer film distant from the light-transmitting bottom plate. Since the non-porous fluorine-containing polymer film and the fluorine-containing oil have good surface wettability and chemical affinity, the fluorine-containing oil can be bound such that the non-porous fluorine-containing polymer film and the fluorine-containing oil can be tightly connected. A photocuring printing process is changed from solid-solid separation into solid-liquid separation, so that drawing force in a release process can be effectively reduced, and the printing speed and the printing area are increased. Moreover, since a printing interface is in a liquid state, during high-speed printing, heat dissipation can be implemented in time to ensure material stability.
