A hospital delivery bag for mother-to-baby flora acquisition and transmission, comprising a hospital delivery bag body (1). Functional pieces such as a sterile cleaning wet wipe (2), medical sterile cotton (3), culture dishes (4), and a sterile flora release component (5) are arranged in sequence in the hospital delivery bag body (1); the sterile cleaning wet wipe (2) is used for cleaning around the vagina; a sterile vaginal expansion clip (8) is used for guiding vaginal secretions of a puerpera; the medical sterile cotton (3) is used for picking up the vaginal secretions by dipping; the culture dishes (4) are used for containing and culturing maternal floras in the secretions; the sterile flora release component (5) is used for picking up the floras by dipping and applying the floras to a newborn baby. According to the hospital delivery bag for mother-to-baby flora acquisition and transmission, secretions of puerperae can be picked up safely, colonization of related floras can be timely and conveniently performed, and it is convenient to uniformly apply healthy floras to the mouths and skins of newborn babies who do not experience flora transmission.
