Disclosed are a method for manufacturing eco-friendly green soil using crab shells and oyster shells, and green soil manufactured by this eco-friendly green soil manufacturing method. The disclosed method for producing eco-friendly green soil using crab shells and oyster shells includes the steps of: a) drying sewage sludge and papermaking sludge to produce a sewage sludge dried product and a papermaking sludge dried product; b) drying and pulverizing the washed crab and oyster shells, followed by granulation to prepare crab and oyster shell granules; c) preparing a mixture by mixing the dried sewage sludge, the dried paper sludge, sawdust and bark, granite, sericite, crab and oyster shell granules; d) mixing and fermenting the microbial culture solution to the mixture to prepare green soil; characterized in that it comprises.
