The present invention relates to a single crystalline flexible substrate for a thin film solar cell and a flexible thin film solar cell including the same. The present invention, as a substrate for a solar cell, a flexible substrate formed of a polycrystalline metal or polymer; and a single crystalline thin film formed by depositing a polycrystalline first material on the upper portion of the substrate, and having crystal orientation at the grain boundary satisfying the following relation A; Disclosed is a flexible thin film solar cell including the same. [Relational A] 0°< FWHM 1 ≤ 3° (However, FWHM 1 is the full width at half maximum of the misorientation angle distribution curve at the grain boundary of the thin film.)
