The present invention relates to a simulation learning system for detecting inattentive driving in conjunction with deep learning, comprising: an image acquisition unit for acquiring image information including a driver inside a vehicle; a transformed image generator for generating a simulation target image obtained by transforming external information of an object from the acquired image; and a careless driving determination unit that determines whether driving is careless by using the generated simulation target image.
