When ventilating the indoor air, a dust collecting window is provided to collect dust particles from the outside. This dust collecting window is a rectangular frame-shaped frame; A fixed window and a dust collecting window installed to face each other and to be spaced apart in the frame; and a charging unit disposed between the fixed window and the dust collecting window and having a mesh structure. Here, the dust collecting window is composed of a glass plate and a conductive film formed on one side thereof, and a potential difference is formed between the dust collecting window and the charging unit to cause corona discharge through the mesh structure of the charging unit. The dust particles charged by the corona discharge move towards the dust collecting window.
