An individual researcher connection system is provided through a search for specialized knowledge according to an embodiment of the present invention. The individual researcher connection system through the search for specialized knowledge is based on professional information including research topics, research results, medical fields, clinical results, and fields of interest, and expert classification information that distinguishes whether a researcher is a basic/applied science researcher or a clinical expert. An expert register that registers experts in the pool, a keyword setting unit that sets a keyword that the expert can be searched for based on expert information and expert classification information, and a matching unit that recommends the expert matched through the user's keyword search to the user and, the matching unit determines the user's expert classification information and recommends an expert having a different user and expert classification to the user.
