PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil modifier capable of suppressing a decrease in the developed strength even if it is kneaded after the age of the material. SOLUTION: This is a soil modifier that is mixed with soil to form a modified soil, and contains dihydrate gypsum, alumina cement, and a water absorbent, and is alumina with respect to 100 parts by mass of dihydrate gypsum. It contains 5.3 parts by mass or more and 42.9 parts by mass or less of cement, and 1.2 parts by mass or more of a water absorbent. [Selection diagram] None
