A shock occurrence prediction method, apparatus, and computer program using an artificial intelligence-based image analysis model are disclosed. The shock occurrence prediction method using an artificial intelligence-based image analysis model according to various embodiments of the present invention is a method performed by a computing device, the method comprising: collecting visualized biometric information data; generating a biometric information image using the biometric information image; analyzing the biometric information image; and detecting occurrence of an event for the user according to a result of the analysis of the biometric information image.
