PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a dangerous substance under the Fire Service Act and a poisonous substance and a deleterious substance under the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law by one type of IC tag, a business management device, a business management system, a business management method, and a business management. SOLUTION: A first type of business processing using an identification code acquired from a single IC tag 401 for executing radio wave wireless communication, and radio wave wireless communication in the same frequency band as the IC tag 401 are performed. The second type of business processing using the identification code collectively acquired from one or more IC tags 401 to be executed is selectively executed. During the first type of business processing, the readers 211 and 311 receive the identification code read from the IC tag 401 with the first RF power. During the second type of business processing, the reader 311 receives the identification code read from the IC tag 401 with the second RF power stronger than the first RF power.
