PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice action lighting or the like capable of irradiating light suitable for the growth of rice cultivation. SOLUTION: In rice action lighting for irradiating rice, a light source and a fluorescent agent excited by light from the light source are provided, and the fluorescent agent is zinc sulfide, scheelite, calcium sulfide, and the like. Includes willemite and phosphorus. Preferably, the rice-acting lighting comprises a pipe having translucency, the fluorescent agent is applied to the pipe, and the light source is arranged inside the pipe.
