A receiving terminal shall perform an estimate of the position of the receiving terminal even if no wireless transmitter is installed nearby or a wireless transmitter has failed nearby. The receiving terminal (200) has: a radio receiving unit (210),receives the transmitting data from a majority of wireless transmitters (100) and measures a receiving power, a transmitting data analysis unit (221),extracting an identification number to identify an installation position of the wireless transmitter from the transmitting data, a transmitting data storage unit (230),which records the identification number and the reception performance of the reception from the wireless transmitter corresponding to the identification number in a receiving power table and a position estimation unit (223),calculate an integrated reception value of the reception from the wireless transmitter corresponding to the identification number on the basis of a specified number of reception services received from the receiving power table and the position of the receiving terminal on the basis of the reception rates, determined for the identification numbers on the basis of the level of the integrated receiving strength and the installation positions of the wireless transmitters identified by a number of identification numbers.
