Disclosed are a low-smoke density high-performance halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PBT composite and a preparation method therefor. The low-smoke density high-performance halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PBT composite comprises the following components in parts by weight: 36.5 to 58.7 parts of PBT, 14 to 16.5 parts of organic aluminum hypophosphite, 3.5 to 7 parts of melamine polyphosphate, 10 to 30 parts of glass fibers, 0.3 to 0.8 parts of an epoxy resin, 3 to 8 parts of melamine cyanurate, 3 to 5 parts of a molybdate, 2 to 4 parts of a reactive smoke suppressing agent, and 0.2 to 0.5 parts of an antioxidant. In the present invention, the PBT, organic aluminum hypophosphite, melamine polyphosphate, glass fibers, melamine cyanurate, molybdate, reactive smoke suppressing agent and other components are matched with each other to prepare the low-smoke density high-performance halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PBT composite, and the low-smoke density high-performance halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PBT composite has an excellent smoke suppression performance, whilst also maintaining its good mechanical properties.
