PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a transaction plan in response to market trends, fluctuations in demand, and business conditions of business partners, and to determine an amount of orders to the business partners and markets and a timing of ordering based on the results.SOLUTION: The transaction planning apparatus includes: an order volume planning unit for determining an amount of transactions to a plurality of business partners from a cumulative amount of transactions and estimated data of future amounts relating to demands and business partners; a time-based order planning unit for generating transaction order data including data on an order price or order amount concerning a transaction order in a planned transaction period which is a subdivided period within a time period during which a transaction can be made; and a future amount estimating unit that estimates an estimation amount of data on a future amount of errors to be estimated from an actual value. The order volume planning unit increases or decreases a transaction amount with one of the business partners, when a difference between a sum of transaction amounts with all of the business partners and a future demand amount deviates by a predetermined value or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
