The invention relates to a device for three-dimensional additive printing operations, in particular for large-volume components, in particular according to the method of fused deposition molding (FDM), comprising at least one printing head (3) and a workpiece support (1), wherein the workpiece support (1) can be moved about at least one axis of rotation (2) and the at least one printing head (3) can be moved in relation to the workpiece support (1) along two axes (4) lying parallel to the plane of the workpiece support (1), wherein the first axis (4) extends substantially radially to the at least one axis of rotation (2) of the workpiece support (1) and the second axis (4) either extends substantially tangentially to the first axis (4) or has a pivoting effect about the axis of rotation (2) of the workpiece support (1).
