PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiration sensor, a respiration detection device, a bio-information processing device, a bio-information processing method, a computer program and a mindfulness support device capable of stably detecting a user's respiration. A breathing sensor of an embodiment has a signal generator and a probe. The signal generator generates a signal having a frequency of 500 kHz or more and 20 MHz or less. The probe passes the signal generated from the signal generator. The probe is a capacitor. The breath sensor detects a change in the capacitance of the capacitor by detecting a phase shift of the signal generated from the signal generator before and after passing through the circuit including the capacitor.
