The present invention relates to a prosthesis (1) for repairing radial head bone in an arm elbow joint with impaired originality due to fracture or osteoarthritis. The said prosthesis (1) comprises at least one body (5) which has at least one stem (2) that enables fixation to the bone marrow, at least one spring (3) that is located on the end part of the stem (2) and provided in the form of a hollow open-ended cylinder used for creating a telescopic motion, and at least one housing (4) that is located on the part where the stem (2) combines with the spring (3); at least one connecting member (6) which is inserted into the housing (4) that it located on the body (5) from one end thereof; and at least one closing member (9) wherein the end of the connecting member (6) that is not connected to the housing (4) enters the small one compared to the other one, which has two hollow cylindrical members (7) that have two different diameters with the same embedded centers and one open end, wherein at least one cavity (8) is included on the outer surface of the one with a large diameter among the cylindrical members (7) that are located on the closed end, and surrounds the spring (3) upon the connecting member (6) fits into the small-diameter cylinder member (7).
