An orthopedic surgery device and an orthopedic surgery robot system. The orthopedic surgery device comprises orthopedic surgery tools and two moving mechanisms. The two moving mechanisms respectively provide a reciprocating movement variable in different directions for the orthopedic surgery tools. The orthopedic surgery device further comprises a decoupling mechanism (3) and an orthopedic surgery tool clamping mechanism. The orthopedic surgery tool clamping mechanism is mounted with the orthopedic surgery tools, and is connected to the decoupling mechanism (3). The decoupling mechanism (3) is connected to the two moving mechanisms, so that the orthopedic surgery tools arrives at any point within the range of travel under the combined action of the two moving mechanisms. The orthopedic surgery device makes surgery simple and easy, has strong stability and high precision, improves the surgery efficiency, reduces fatigue of doctors and the difficulty in controlling surgical risks during freehand operation, and increases the controllability and safety of surgery. The orthopedic surgery robot system comprises the orthopedic surgery device and a control center. The control center is connected to and controls a driving motor of the orthopedic surgery device, thereby achieving intelligent and highly accurate surgery control.
