Disclosed are a 5G millimeter wave dual-polarized antenna unit, an antenna array, and a terminal device. The 5G millimeter wave dual-polarized antenna unit comprises a base body and two groups of feed assemblies provided in the base body; the top surface of the base body is provided with a square radiation patch connected to the feed assemblies; the bottom surface of the base body is provided with a ground layer and a feed port connected to the feed assemblies; the feed assemblies comprise impedance transformation microstrip lines; the two impedance transformation microstrip lines are disposed perpendicular to each other; a short-circuit structure for connecting the radiation patch and the ground layer is provided in the base body; and the short-circuit structure is located at an intersection point of extension lines of the two impedance transformation microstrip lines. The short-circuit structure increases the isolation of polarization while broadening the bandwidth of an antenna, and effectively improves the performance of the antenna; an N257 waveband can be effectively covered, and the application of a 5G communication terminal device in the waveband can be satisfied; and the base body is small in thickness, so that the surface wave of the base body is facilitated to weaken and the performance of the antenna is facilitated to further improve.
