A method for extracting active ingredients of raw herbs with improved extraction yield of active ingredients of raw herbs is provided. An embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of (S1) pulverizing raw herbs at a low temperature with an ultrafine particle grinder to prepare herb powder, (S2) preparing a first mixture by mixing the herb powder with an alcohol compound, ( S3) preparing a second mixture by mixing the first mixture with the extracting enzyme; and (S4) extracting the active ingredient of the raw herb from the second mixture by ultrasonic extraction. It is a method of extracting active ingredients of herbs.
