The present invention relates to an anti-SARS-CoV-2 S protein antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for treating COVID-19 comprising the same. The anti-SARS-CoV-2 S protein antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of the present invention specifically binds to the S protein, which plays an important role in infiltrating SARS-CoV-2 into host cells, thereby causing SARS-CoV-2 infection. Because it can inhibit the disease, it can be usefully used as a therapeutic agent for COVID-19.
