A hypertension risk prediction method based on a traditional Chinese medicine theory and palm multi-feature extraction, comprising: obtaining an image of a palm to be tested; establishing a hand keypoint model; separately performing corresponding ROI segmentation on image information according to a lifeline-crossing-midline feature, a ruddy feature, a swelling feature, and a thickening feature; performing detection on a lifeline-crossing-midline ROI corresponding to the lifeline-crossing-midline feature to determine whether a lifeline crosses a midline; performing ruddy detection on a ruddy ROI corresponding to the ruddy feature to determine whether the palm is ruddy; performing thickening detection on a thickened ROI corresponding to the thickening feature and performing swelling detection on a swelled ROI corresponding to the swelling feature to determine whether the palm is thickened and swelled; and determining whether there is a hypertension risk by means of a midline crossing weight Weight1, a ruddy weight Weight2, a thickening weight Weight3, and a swelling weight Weight4. The present invention has a beneficial effect of quickly identifying palmprint information so that people can predict hypertension by themselves, and is applicable to the field of medical image processing.
