The method of interframe point cloud attribute coding performed by at least one processor is, as a motion estimation unreliability measure of motion estimation of a target frame, for an interframe reference frame with respect to the number of point cloud samples in the target frame. A step of acquiring a value inversely proportional to the ratio of the number of the first point cloud samples of the target frame in which the second point cloud samples are combined is included. The method identifies whether or not the acquired motion estimation unreliability scale is greater than a predetermined threshold, and identifies that the acquired motion estimation unreliability scale is greater than the predetermined threshold value. The movement of the target frame is based on the step of skipping the motion compensation of the target frame and the determination that the acquired motion estimation unreliability scale is equal to or less than the predetermined threshold value. Further includes steps to perform compensation.
