An application of levofloxacin or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in preparing anti-cerebral ischaemia-reperfusion injury drugs or health care products. Levofloxacin or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are used to treat cerebral ischaemia-reperfusion injuries, are capable of reducing cerebral infarction volume, mitigating neurological dysfunction and protecting the blood-brain barrier function, and are applicable to the prognosis and recovery period of apoplexy.
