A multi-diagnostic kit for zoonotic diseases according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a detection strip capable of detecting an antibody contained in a specimen; and a case surrounding at least a portion of the detection strip, wherein the detection strip is a gold nanocage-complex having different colors to which an IgM antibody and an IgG antibody, which may be included in the sample, are bound, respectively. is provided, and the gold nanocage in which the IgM antibody and the IgG antibody have different colors, respectively, is combined with a conjugate pad to form a conjugate; and a detection reaction pad that receives the conjugate from the conjugate pad and includes a test line to which the conjugate can be immobilized, wherein the IgM antibody and the IgG antibody of the conjugate are bound to the test line in the test line. A color in which the colors represented by the gold nanocage-complex bonded to the are mixed may be developed.
