To provide a voice recall recognition device enabling voice language recognition by an electroencephalogram.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a voice recall recognition device 1 which recognizes a voice language from an electroencephalogram at the time of voice recall. This device includes: an electroencephalogram input section 2 which converts the electroencephalogram inputted from an electrode group 22 into a discrete signal group; an analysis processing section 4 which performs analysis processing on a discrete signal group of the electroencephalogram for each electrode inputted from the electrode group 22 to output a spectrum time series; a language feature extracting section 5 which outputs a phoneme feature vector time series based on the spectrum time series; a word/sentence recognizing section which recognizes the voice language based on the phoneme feature vector time series; and a post-processing/output section 7 which outputs the voice language recognized by the word/sentence recognizing section 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
