The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, improving, or treating periodontal disease, comprising a Moringa extract and a tussock extract as active ingredients. More specifically, the complex composition of the Moringa extract and the Duchong extract according to the present invention is recognized for its synergistic effect on the improvement of periodontal diseases including gingivitis and periodontitis, in particular antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory or periodontal bone loss improvement and regeneration, etc. It has the advantage of being highly useful as food, medicine, and quasi-drugs as it directly protects and improves periodontal disease.
