A patent technology certification evaluation system and an operating method thereof are disclosed. The operating method of the present system includes the steps of receiving a patent technology evaluation request from a user terminal, performing a first evaluation on a first evaluation factor including technicality, economic feasibility and management for at least one patent corresponding to the patent technology , performing a second evaluation based on the first evaluation factor for a new technology corresponding to the patented technology, in response to receiving product data corresponding to the patented technology, a second evaluation including technicality and quality of the product performing a third evaluation of the factors or, if the product is software, performing a fourth evaluation of the third evaluation factors including functionality/convenience, reliability/security, maintainability/portability and efficiency of the product; and calculating a certification validity period and a corporate value evaluation value based on the result values of the first evaluation, the second evaluation, and the third or fourth evaluation. In this case, the step of calculating the result value includes the result of at least one of the first evaluation and the second evaluation, the number of applied patents and registered patents corresponding to the patented technology, the comparative value of the domestic and foreign technical level of the patented technology, and the domestic and foreign markets of the product. Comprising the steps of calculating the validity period of the certification based on the scale comparison value and calculating the enterprise value evaluation value of the company possessing the patent technology based on the vector value of at least one of the evaluation factors of the first evaluation and the second evaluation. .
