摘要
The present invention relates to the technical field of heat treatment of materials, and provides a high-frequency induction-based local tempering heat treatment method for high-nitrogen stainless bearing steel. The high-nitrogen stainless bearing steel comprises the following components in percentage: C: 0.3-0.65%, Si≤1.0%, Mn≤1.0%, S≤0.015%, P≤0.025%, Cr: 14.5-16.0%, Mo: 0.85-1.10%, N: 0.2-0.5%, and the balance of Fe other than inevitable impurity elements. By performing overall quenching and tempering and high-frequency induction-based local tempering on the high-nitrogen stainless bearing steel, a threaded portion of a high-nitrogen stainless bearing steel part is locally softened after the heat treatment to meet the hardness requirement of 38-42 HRC; moreover, a raceway working surface maintains a high hardness of 58 HRC or above, thereby meeting use requirements of a bearing part. The present invention has the advantage that the problem of overall hardening of the high-nitrogen stainless bearing steel is solved, such that the high hardness of the raceway working surface is guaranteed, and the threaded portion has good matching of strength and toughness.
