A spatial coherence structure regulation-based optical imaging method, comprising the following steps: constructing a 4f imaging system; detecting the shape of a spectral domain obstacle (11) in the 4f imaging system by means of a first photodetector (16); designing a spatial coherence structure of an incident light beam according to the shape of the spectral domain obstacle (11) in the 4f imaging system, so that all modes of the incident light beam may pass through an opening of the obstacle (11); and placing an object to be measured (19) in an optical path, and detecting optical imaging information of the object (19) by means of a second photodetector (20). When the frequency plane of the 4f optical imaging system is partially blocked, imaging may be achieved without speckles, and the utilization rate of system light may be greatly improved while improving the signal-to-noise ratio of the imaging. Also disclosed is a spatial coherence structure regulation-based optical imaging system.
