PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect-attracting lighting device capable of sufficiently attracting insects.;SOLUTION: An insect-attracting lighting device 100 includes: a substrate 150; first LED elements 110 disposed on a top surface 151 of the substrate 150 and emitting blue light having a peak wavelength of 430-470 nm upward; second LED elements 120 disposed on the top surface 151 and emitting ultraviolet light having a peak wavelength of 350-390 nm upward: and a cover member 170 which is disposed above the first LED element 110 and the second LED element 120 and has a plate-like shape, and through which the blue light and the ultraviolet light transmit. When the area of the cover member 170 is defined as S1, the area of a circumscribed rectangular region of the first LED elements 110 and the second LED elements 120 is defined S2 in planar view of the substrate 150, S1 and S2 satisfy 1/3≤S2/S1≤1.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
