基于石墨烯纳米墙异质结太阳能电池的研究

摘要

Experimental work of plasma-produced graphene nanowalls and relevant applications in solar cells.Numerical simulation of graphene-GaAs solar cells.Graphene,a one-atom-thick planar sheet of sp2-bonded carbon atoms that are densely packed in a honeycomb crystal lattice.Plasma-enhanced horizontal tube furnace epositionsystem can be used to synthesize graphene nanowalls.The photovoltaic performance of graphene-based solarcells is affected by several factors including dopingmaterials, doping concentrations, antireflective layer,electron-blocking/hole-tra nsporting layer, etc.
