摘要

It is possible to use the chemiexcited photodynamic effect for the killing of bacteria. The possibility depends on combination of the type of bacterial wall and photosensitizer. The photosensitizers do not affect gram-negative bacterial strains. The chemiexcitation generally depends on the phase of bacterial growth, but during the log phase and stationary phase it seams to be time independent. We also found that the chemiexcitation is independent on the energizers (PH or LU). In summary: the MIC for used photosensitizers on gram-positive bacterial strain Staphylococcus aureus is lower after chemiexcitation: for ClAlPcS_2 163 times, for ZnPcS_2 178 times, for methylene blue more than 10 times, for eosin B 16 times, for eosin Y only more than 3 times and for fluorescein only 2.5 times.
