随着国内居民收入的增加和生活水平的不断提高,对油脂、肉、蛋、奶的消费需求逐年增加,从而加大了中国油料油脂产业的快速发展.2011年,油脂、粕类的消费量分别达到2900万吨和6513万吨,最近10年的平均增长率分别达到7.8％和9.0％.同时,中国人均油脂消费量已达到20.6公斤,是10年前的1.9倍.肉、蛋、水产消费量也比10年前增长了23.3％、19％和34.9％.一方面,需求的增长,原料供应格局的变化,直接改变了各油种的消费比重.豆油、棕榈油、豆粕的消费比重提升,菜籽油、菜籽粕及其他国产油、粕消费比重下降.另一方面,从销售额和增长速度来看,大豆、棕榈油、菜籽已经成为最重要的三个品种.%With the continuous growth of domestic residents' income and living standard,the consumer demand for oil,meet,eggs and milk increase with years,for this reason,china oil industry can develop rapidly.In 2011,the consumption of oil and dregs reached 29million and 63.13million tons,and the average 10years'increased race reached 7.8％ and 9.0％.Meanwhile,china per capital oil consumption arrived at 20.6 kilo,which is 1.9 times to 10 years ago.The consumption of meat,egg and aquatic product are also increased at 23.3％,19％ and 34.9％ separately.On the one hand,the growth demand and the changed raw material supply pattern directly influenced MCER of different oil.The consumption ratio od soybean oil,palm oil and bean pulp increased,but rapeseed oil,rapeseed pulp and other domestic oil and pulp decreased.On the other hand,soybean,palm oil and rapeseed have already become the top 3 important breeds because of the saleroom and increment speed.
