摘要

中国的茶籽资源丰富,茶籽经过压榨或者浸提制得茶籽油,进而产生了大量的茶籽饼粕,饼粕中含有10%~15%的天然非离子型表面活性剂茶皂素,已广泛用于农业、医药、日化、建筑及食品等行业.目前采用有机溶剂法从茶籽饼粕中提取的茶皂素,含有很多色素、多糖、单宁、黄酮等物质,产品粘稠,色泽呈现深褐色,需要进一步纯化.茶皂素纯化的方法很多,重结晶法、有机溶剂沉淀法、超滤膜法、硅胶柱层析法等都有各自的不足.重结晶法与硅胶柱层析法得率低不适合工业化生产;有机溶剂沉淀法能耗高、成本高不适合推广;超滤膜法存在着设备成本和维护费用高,处理量少的缺点.采用的大孔树脂法来纯化茶皂素是近些年来研究的热点.其原理是根据茶皂素的疏水性强的特点,易于被非极性的大孔树脂吸附,再用乙醇将茶皂素从非极性树脂洗脱下来达到纯化的目的.将大孔树脂用于茶皂素的提取纯化已有报道,但在大孔树脂选型时一般采用静态吸附而没有采用更贴近实际情况的动态吸附筛选法;并且只是孤立的考虑单因素对吸附与解吸附的影响,而忽略了各因素之间的相互作用.%China is rich in tea seed resource.A large quantity of cake or meal,which contains 10% ~15% tea saponin (a kind of natural non-ionic surfactant),were produced during the preparation of oil from tea seed by compressing or extraction each year.Tea saponin has been widely used in the field of agriculture,medicine,chemical industry,construction and food industries.At present,Tea saponin is mainly extracted from tea seed cake or meal using organic solvents,containing a lot of impurities such as pigment,polysaccharide,tannin and anthoxanthin,so that causes the tea saponin product of sticky,deed color and poor quality and it needs to be further purified.
