At present,the technique of expander has been a common pretreatment technology in the industry of oil production since the 1960s.At first expander was used in lower oil content oil crops like soybean and rice bran,with the development of expanding technology,expander also was used in higher oil content oil crops like rapeseed and cottonseed.Flakes were changed into porous structure by expanding Comparing with the traditional method; it has advantages in the productivity of extraction equipment,residual oil rate of low level,the energy consumption of extraction,soy meal and oil of quality.Expander was come standard with in foreign large oil processing factory.%挤压膨化作为一项新兴油脂加工技术,20世纪60年代中期开始应用于植物油脂加工业,最初是对含油量低的大豆、米糠等油料进行膨化浸出,现已成功地将膨化浸出工艺应用于葵花籽、菜籽、花生等高含油油料的加工.与传统制油工艺相比,它可改变胚的形状,使其形成多孔的块状物,具有提高浸出设备生产能力、加快油脂浸出速度、降低能耗等优点.目前,油脂工业强国已把挤压膨化机作为油脂浸出工厂的标准设备.
