Supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) offers some unique advantages as a reaction medium.Faster reaction rates can be obtained due to the higher diffusion rates of solutes in SC-CO2 and the lower viscosities exhibited by supercritical fluids,compared to reactions conducted in organic solvents,and lipase catalytic have quite strong specificity and mild reaction condition.This article combined supercritical CO2 with lipase catalytic to an exploratory study the feasibility and influencing factors in supercritical CO2 conditions lipase catalytic soybean oil preparation monoglycerides.%超临界CO2流体作为反应媒介有其独特的优势.由于超临界流体有较强的溶解性和渗透性以及较低的黏度,可以使底物充分溶解,进而达到缩短反应时间的目的.而脂肪酶催化又有专一性强和反应条件温和的特点.本文探索性将超临界CO2和脂肪酶催化结合起来,进行超临界CO2条件下脂肪酶催化大豆油制备单甘酯,来研究超临界CO2条件下酶催化反应的可行性和影响因素.并在超临界CO2条件下,高温催化大豆油甘油解反应制备单甘酯,研究了超(亚)临界CO2条件下甘油解反应的可行性,同时考察了温度、压力、时间、加水量、底物比例几方面因素对甘油解反应的影响.
