Remanufacturing of used parts is not only the recycling of the materials，while the important information embedded in them is valuable for the design and process planning of the part to be remanufactured.From view of information，transformations of the new part information and attributes of the used part information are discussed;the connotation and a system structure of incomplete information are described.in addition， a two-layer and three-stage representation model of incomplete information is proposed.Finally，a structure component case is studied to validate the model.
