@@ One-dimensional (ID) nanomaterials, such as nanowires, nanotubes and nanobelts, have drawn increasing attention in the past decades due to their unique geometry with low dimension and large surfaceto-volume ratio, as well as their potential application in miniaturized electrical and optical sensors. 1,2 Organic ID nanomaterials, inherited from the high reaction activity, good processability, and high photoluminescence (PL) efficiency of organic materials,3,4 offer a number of highly attractive advantages for sensing applications. For instance, gaseous analyte can be either selectively bound to their surface or diffused into the organic matrix, which might be difficult for other materials such as semiconductor nanowires or glass nanofibers.5 Recently, ID organic nanomaterials have been used to detect a variety of gaseous specimens including explosives,6 organic amines,7 acids and bases,8 etc.
