Various kinds of synthetic polymers such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene etc. Have been produced and used in large quantities. They are very cheap, but their wastes are difficult to decompose in nature so to cause environmental pollution. In order to overcome such disadvantage, some biodegradable synthetic polymers such as polylactic acid aliphatic polyester, polyvinyl alcohol complexes etc. Have been researched [1]. However, they are expensive, so cannot be manufactured on large scale.Biopolymers such as starch and cellulose have been used as raw materials to prepare biodegradable polymer materials [1,2]. Starch derivatives and starch containing materials have been prepared to obtain relatively cheap biodegradable polymer materials, but their water proofness is not so good [2] In our previous papers, cellulose-CMC [3], cellulose-alginic acid [4], cellulose-agar [5], kelp-CMC[6], and kelp-cellulose -CMC [7] have been prepared to show they have relatively good water proofness. And in the recent previous papers [8-10], various kinds of vegetahle-CMC complex have been researched to find when the vegetable is pimento, celery, water bamboo, Chinese cabbage, lettuce or cilantro, the relatively good results can he obtained.
