摘要

The article gives a description to the main kinds of geosynthetics on its engineering characteristics, and, in consideration of the successful application on the Jiangsu hydraulic engineering project and the application in rectification of the Shanghai Changjiangkou channel, details how the materials were properly practicably applied in good match, basing on its variety and characteristics, with different Engineering application. Constructive suggestions have also been contained in this article on the current standard of Geosynthetics materials and its technical standards of application together with the problems encountered during the past real applications.
