1. Introduction Demands of small power source are recently of rapid increase for micro air vehicles, robots, mobile electric devices, and so on. Batteries are the most commonly used power source for such devices, despite its shortcoming of insufficient duration time. Ultra micro gas turbine including Power MEMS has been suggested as a candidate for such small power source.[1], [2] In general, heat engine can achieve higher power and energy density, yielding more compact and durable system than batteries.
