These are thernquestions that drove the Statewide Market Research Survey sponsored by the CaliforniarnUrban Water Conservation Council, the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and the CaliforniarnUrban Water Association. The team of the Institute of Applied Research and PolicyrnAnalysis and the Water Resources Institute at California State University, San Bernardinornconducted over 1300 surveys in six regions of California. The report identifies targetrnmarks within customer classes, messages that would resonate with the target markets,rnand the types of media appropriate for the target markets.
