In recent years, the college students' crimecommitting rate is presenting an increasing trend. This paper mainly concerns the reasons of the college students' crime-committing and the criminal psychology. We recommend that colleges should enhance the education in mental health of college students and carry out law publicity. Meanwhile, colleges should also pay attention to the humanistic care for the students and make efforts to strengthen school management in order to take precautions against crime-committing effectively.

机译：近年来，大学生的犯罪率呈上升趋势。本文主要探讨大学生犯罪的原因和犯罪心理。建议高等院校加强对大学生心理健康的教育，开展法律宣传。同时，高校还应重视对学生的人文关怀，努力加强学校管理，以有效预防犯罪。
