Blocism is mainly consisted of homological consciousness and the sense of hierarchy. The homological consciousness requires that people keep a high consistence with the group, isolate and exclude people with dissidence, while the sense of hierarchy means the inferior class subordinate to the superior class and connives the strong oppresses the weak by sheer. Blocism has a profound effect on Japanrs foreign strategy. After Meiji Restoration, setting itself up as the overload in East A- sia, Japan invaded weak states around, and at the meanwhile, to avoid being isolated by others in the world, it adhered to the policy to ally itself with stronger countries. After the WW II, as an inferior country, Japan has kept an high consistence with America. Since the Cold War, Japan has been setting itself superior to other countries in Asia though, due to different values, it has tried to guard against and hamper the development of China, what s more, it still hesitates to return and melt into A- sia.%集团主义主要包括同调意识与上下位等级观两个方面。
