Facing the business management theory's research upsurge and the practice of the business management theory which enterpriser constructs. This article attempts to analyze the statement of business management category and its widespread and that thorough research is of great discipline significance to the management science itself. This article summarizes the background and the basic viewpoint that the strategic management theory brings, discusses the reason that development of the human resource management theory possibly provides a new formula for the business management science research, finally advances the question marketing theory faces when it develops and the development direction of organizational behavior science.
