This article gives an opinion of the necessity of implement of Green Financial Management for modern enterprises by way of discussion of the problems in current social environment and resource which drawing out various defects existing in traditional financial management. This article constitutes a theoretic framework of Green Financial Management including its definition, content and objective of Green Financial Management, and gives some advice through the analysis to the questions during the implementation on Green Financial Management.
